Why do you need so much information about each dermatologist?

Our high-value samples and resources are available only to dermatologists, so we're required to capture key information to confirm your eligibility for our program. Thank you for your patience as we work to ensure that our resources reach the intended audience.

Can physicians other than dermatologists request patient resources?

Although we would like to support all medical professionals, this program is currently for dermatologists only.

I have more than one office location. Do I have to split the monthly allowance of patient resources?

No, you can enroll each location and order up to the maximum number of patient resources for each. Log in, then click on Address Management to add locations. Or call us at (800) 358-8707, and we'll be happy to help.

Why don't we receive patient samples on a regular basis anymore?

Since not all offices have equal needs, our ordering process was changed to allow you to place a monthly order instead of automatically receiving shipments from us. Please visit our site regularly to see what's new and to request the items you'd like to receive.

Why aren't you sampling ___________?

Resources available for order change throughout the year due to seasonality, inventory levels and other factors. Please check back periodically to see what's currently available.

Can we get samples of products with SPF 30 for an upcoming cancer-screening event?

We received a full-size product in the mail for personal use. Can we get more of these and/or get sample sizes for our patients?

The product you received was part of a special mailing. We don't have full-size products on hand for use in fulfilling requests. To ensure that you receive future mailings, please keep your registration information current on this Web site and be sure to register each dermatologist in your practice. All of our available patient samples and resources are listed in the patient resources section, for easy ordering. If you don't see an item listed, it is not available at this time.

When will you make new resources available?
